Refund and Return Policy

At Herbareeze, we want you to experience the full benefits of our herbal diffusers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to support you.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The diffuser must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories and power cables must be included.

  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, any herbal liquids, essential oils, or refill pods that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at herbabreezee@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned diffuser, we will notify you via email. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the diffuser is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at herbabreezee@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
